Bacon Maple Dijon Chicken

Bacon Maple Dijon Chicken

8 -10 Chicken pieces
2 Bacon Strips, sliced 
1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup (or maple flavoured pancake syrup if you don't have the real stuff).
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard (it doesn't matter which kind or how hot)
1/4 cup Grainy Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Onion, sliced thinly
2 Clove Garlic, minced

Add chicken to slow cooker & sprinkle with bacon. Combine all remaining ingredients & mix well. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 6 hours on low.

So easy and so delicious.
