Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
1 cup Beef Stock
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (or make your own)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Beef Broth Seasoning (like OXO)
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 cups Sour Cream

Combine all ingredients together except Sour Cream. Stir well. Cook in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low. Stir in sour cream before serving. Serve with the traditional egg noodles or try a different pasta or mashed potatoes for something new.
